You may return a product under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Personalized, custom-made, or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

• Ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or sent in error.

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

• Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria

• Notify you via email about the status of your refund

• Process your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
